MAWQCP is a voluntary and non-regulatory program to help farmers and landowners protect our states streams, rivers, and lakes. 

The benefits to becoming certified are:

  •  Regulatory Certainty for 10 years (certified farms are deemed to be in compliance with new water quality rules for 10 years)

  • Priority for assistance

  • Recognition
