Regional Conservation Partnership Program | RCPP

The Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) is a collaborative initiative between USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) that provides funding opportunities to SWCDs to implement soil health practices.

Landowners and farmers can receive financial assistance from the Freeborn SWCD through RCPP for soil health practices. To receive funding, landowners or farmers must apply for a cost-share contract with the SWCD.
