No Till Drill
The SWCD has a no till drill available for rent. To rent it, please call or stop in our office well in advance. The sooner we know you are interested in using it, the sooner we will be able to get it to you.

The drill is capable of drilling anything from soybeans, alfalfa, native seeds, clover, and just about everything in-between.

Seeders
Truax Seed Slinger
Great for broadcasting fluffy and small seeds on smaller projects or hard to access locations.
Available for free with a $20 deposit.
Earthway Bag Seeder
This hand seeder holds 25 LBS of seed that is useful for small projects or ground that is hard to access.
Available for free with a $20 deposit.
Tree Planters
Tree Planting Bar
These planting bars are used to plant bare root trees. The bar is inserted straight down into the soil and pulled backwards to open a hole for the tree.
The SWCD has five planting bars available to use, free of charge.
Pull-Type Tree Planter
A blade is used to open a trench at the front of the planter, trees are placed in the trench and wheels on the back close the trench.
Rental rates for this planter is $35/day plus $.05/tree
